I worked in a stressful and energy demanding job. I needed the extra help from keeping me from over-indulging in sugary junk food to keep me working through my day. Belly Be Gone really helped curb my appetite. It was really easy to do and take and I'm not really a pill taker. My hardest time of the day is the afternoons, because that is when I wanted to snack and snack and snack. This product really helped eliminate unnecessary snacking and kept me on track. I took the vitamin packet last night before bed. I never have problems sleeping and always sleep great…BUT, when I woke up this morning I have never slept BETTER!
