My migraines are ALWAYS triggered by low barometric pressure. If it is overcast or foggy or going to rain in a couple of days, I always get a headache. Well, I took the first dose on Monday. On Tuesday morning, it was super foggy. I felt kind of like I could be getting a headache. But I took the second dose and it went away, never to return! It's amazing, I had soooo much energy. My trainer even noticed and asked what's going on with me and I laughed. As a bartender, I have trouble managing proper rest. Belly Be Gone really helped curb my appetite. It was really easy to do and take and I'm not really a pill taker. My hardest time of the day is the afternoons, because that is when I wanted to snack and snack and snack. This product really helped eliminate unnecessary snacking and kept me on track. Belly Be Gone Detox is a good product it really helped regulate me as I was not going to the bathroom as much as I should. I did feel that I got more energy as releasing toxins from my body.

I usually have anxiety about sleeping which follows into the next day and makes me exhausted. I took the vitamin packet last night before bed.  I never have problems sleeping and always sleep great…BUT, when I woke up this morning I have never slept BETTER!  I don’t understand this but I am not complaining.  I have always been so grateful for my good sleep. HOW could it have been better? ...I do not know, but something in those vitamins took my sleep to another level. I am also noticing I am not sleepy and tired right now.  I have been very busy today and it has to be the ONE packet I took that is giving me the focus and energy.
